Programme of extensive business change embracing a new Performance Management process using Balanced Scorecards and Competency Frameworks including Talent Management, 360 degree feedback, Strategic Workforce Planning and Succession planning. All underpinned by Leadership Coaching and driven from a Published Business Plan with clearly articulated Strategic Objectives.
