Summary

 

Processence was approached by the Grosvenor HR Director to review the existing HR systems and processes and to make a recommendation to improve the efficiciency of the HR Team by selecting and implementing new HR processes and integrated technology.  After a period of requirements gathering an overall Change programme was structured to include 5 work streams:

Recruitment System
The selection, by RFI, process design, implementation and roll-out to the UK, group and investment businesses.
Integrated HRIS/Payroll
HR process redesign and selection and implementation of an integrated HR Information system and Payroll.  Implemented for the core Grosvenor group and Chester businesses.  Replaced 17 batch payrolls with online system.  No downtime or errors and seamless cut-over to the NorthgateArinso ResourceLink system.  Included Manager and Employee self-service.
HR Process Redesign
Analysis of “As Is” HR processes and move to “To be” model based on Dave Ulrich’s business partnering model.
Policy review and refresh
Analysis, inventory and catalogue of existing policies.  Complete refresh and update.
HR Intranet
Design of a model for employee self-service access to policies, process guidance, templates, manager guides and FAQ’s.
