
Culture Change Project
A Culture Change Programme at the organisation headquarters in Croydon, Surrey, UK. Structuring, planning, managing and designing many of the key deliverables to move the PPF towards becoming a High Performing Organisation.
The Programme of was one of extensive business change embracing a new Performance Management process using Balanced Scorecards and Competency Frameworks. The overall change meant an increased reliance on formal talent management (9 box grid model), 360 degree feedback, Strategic Workforce Planning and Succession planning. All underpinned by Leadership Coaching and driven from a published Strategic Business Plan with clearly articulated Strategic Objectives.
Processence Contribution
Designed the overall approach to development of the new frameworks, planned and managed the change and communications. Co-developed all training material, new performance management forms and handbooks and delivered to project on-time and within budget. Project stated in January 2010 and completed in July 2010.
