Taking responsibility for the structuring, planning, control and execution of individual projects or business programmes consisting of multiple, related projects. Training/Coaching of client staff in their responsibilities as project team members.
Responsibility for project delivery, budgets and business case development. Liaison and project reporting at senior management and executive level.
Management of people affected by business change. Use of change management tools and techniques, leadership re-framing, stakeholder analysis and people management. HR issues including outsourcing, outplacement, redundancy/severance, organisational design and re-location/re-structuring.
Development of communications plans, identification of stakeholder groups, optimisation of communications delivery channels and media. Development and delivery of key messages.
Training Needs Analysis and Delivery
Assessment of (business change driven) learning and development needs. Development of training strategies, training event development and content. Delivery of coaching and learning interventions.
Development of life-cycle methodologies for business transformation. To incorporate leading practice tools and techniques with frameworks structured around PRINCE2 or bespoke project management approaches and based on rapid development approaches or AGILE development.
Development of KM (Knowledge Management) frameworks based on a structured approach to developing a knowledge audit then the creation of knowledge repositories, knowledge objects and taxonomies supplemented bt tools and techniques to facilitate tacit knowledge dissipation.
